Mountwest Community & Technical College students may choose from more than 40 associate and 13 certificate degree programs. In addition to associate in applied science offerings, Mountwest also offers an associate of arts pathway for those who wish to pursue a baccalaureate degree.

In addition to traditional classroom lectures and laboratory classes, many Mountwest courses are offered online or in a hybrid format.

Non-credit classes and programs are offered each year for students of all ages, interests and learning needs. Through non-credit courses, students can have the opportunity to enhance their vocational pursuits and careers. These offerings service the individual as well as businesses in Cabell, Kanawha, Mason, Putnam and Wayne counties in West Virginia and nearby counties in Kentucky and Ohio.
